On March 28th-29th, the Yale Information Society Project held a conference on Free Speech in Crisis and the Limits of the First Amendment. The co-organizers were Genevieve Lakier, Robert Post, Keith Whittington, and myself. This week at Balkinization we are publishing some of the essays from that conference.
