Xycle secures funding for chemical recycling plant in Rotterdam
Xycle has secured funding from investors including Dow, ING, Invest-NL, Vopak, and Polestar Capital to build its first commercial-scale chemical recycling plant in Rotterdam. Using advanced pyrolysis, the facility will process 21,000 metric tons of plastic waste annually, converting it into circular feedstock. Set to be operational by Q4 2026, Xycle aims to expand globally.
