Wine Enthusiast Launches the Tasting Room Directory’s First Northeast Regional Page

VALHALLA, N.Y. (June 24, 2025) —Wine Enthusiast Companies, a media and commerce company that stands as the leading source of innovation and information around wine, announces that the company’s Tasting Room Directory will add 100 new listings, setting New York state as the first regional page of the Northeast and the first regional page to showcase AVA-specific trails. 

The Tasting Room Directory launched in July 2024 as a dynamic new resource for wine tourism. Wine Enthusiast, a certified B Corporation, acquired thousands of listings through its partnership with Tock, and has since grown the directory to include more wineries and innovatively built regional pages to connect wine lovers to comprehensive trails and curated listings. The directory promotes wine destinations with Wine Enthusiast’s credibility and drives greater visibility to wine regions through partnerships with producers, Convention and Visitors Bureaus and industry associations.

The latest partnership with the New York Wine & Grape Foundation brings about the 100 new listings and the creation of four AVA-specific trails. Wine Enthusiast built the Keuka Lake Wine Trail, Cayuga Wine Trail, Long Island Trail and Shawangunk Wine Trail to provide locals and visitors with a useful and user-friendly tool to plan their next New York wine adventure. Each wine trail will be linked to a dedicated table-of-contents page listing the participating wineries. Additionally, this custom-built regional page will feature:

• Editorial content from the Wine Enthusiast media team
• Carousel of wine labels and ratings from the reputable Wine Enthusiast Tasting Panel
• Map with locator pins and scrollable list of participating New York wineries
• High-resolution photography of vineyards as well as direct-to-consumer wine bottles 
• Full contact information for the participating wineries including a link for consumers to book tasting room reservations directly from Wine Enthusiast’s highly trafficked website
