US textiles & apparel exports dip 2.9% to $22.6 bn in 2024
In 2024, the United States witnessed a 2.98 per cent decline in textile and apparel exports, totalling $22.617 billion, down from $23.617 billion the previous year. The exports to Mexico bucked the trend with a 1.88 per cent increase, reaching $6.949 billion. However, this was an exception as other major markets such as Canada, China, and the Dominican Republic saw significant drops.
