THE DETAILS According to a report published by Sky News, quoting industry sources, the refillable deodorant brand was founded six years ago and turned its first profit in 2023 on the back of sales of £47 million.
THE WHY? Sky News reports that Unilever’s interest in Wild stems from its sustainable credentials and premium positioning, complementing its existing deodorant brands, Axe, Dove and Rexona. Both companies declined to comment when contacted by Sky News.
