What are your best-known products/solutions/services?
Anco Storage is best known for its large stock of high quality shelving, racking and small part storage products; such as TS Longspan, Anco Rivet Racking, Expo4 Boltless Shelving and our Rhino Storage & Tilt Bins.
Which industry sectors are your customers in and which ones are growing fastest?
We operate through a network of traditional Warehouse and Storage Equipment distributors / re-sellers whom in turn operate in all business sectors. We are seeing growth from the Office & Furniture suppliers, Facilities Management companies, as well as Fork Lift Supply companies and Buying Groups, working with us and using our knowledge and experience to help them fulfil their customers’ requirements.
What are your most recent products and innovations?
Anco have recently started to offer products in the Medical and Catering sectors offering high quality Stainless Steel products, this is something we are looking to develop more in the near future.
What are the major trends and developments affecting your category and your customers, and how are you responding?
We are seeing a trend with companies taking longer to make purchasing decisions, however once the decision is made they still require a prompt delivery – that is a key strength with Anco, holding stock enables that quick response.
Can you tell us about any recent customer contracts and how you helped the customer meet their challenges?
We quite often get last minute requests and often have to expedite delivery to help our Trade Partners – that is why over the years we have won several Supplier of the Year awards through the trade network, our customer support is second to none.
How does business in 2025 compare to previous years? What’s your strategy for succeeding in the current climate?
Business remains steady. Yes, we see and hear from our trade partners that there is a certain level of uncertainty with decisions taking longer, but our strategy for success is to remain focused on supporting our Trade Partners listening to what is required and offering an unrivalled service. Over our 34 year history Anco have seen many economic challenges and we always come out of them stronger.
What’s the latest news from your company?
Now we are part of IWS Group, Anco can offer many more services and products, working with our sister companies Beaverswood, Brandsafe and Rack Group we can offer a full range of industrial products from labelling , safety barriers, training and installation.
Can you tell us about any areas where you’re currently making technical advances e.g., safety, sustainability, environment?
Anco are always looking to make advances in safety and we have made changes to the way we supply and deliver products to make them easier to handle and build, reducing the effects of manual handling.
Are you investing in staff training and skills development?
We have grown over the last two years and now have three very experienced BDMs on the road supporting our re-seller network. Many of the IWS Group have recently completed an in depth Management Training course and we have many online courses available, staff – development of our staff is key to offering the best service to our customers.
Are you taking part in any major trade shows? Can you tell us what you’ll be exhibiting there?
We recently worked with Phoenix Systems at the Southern Manufacturing Show where we highlighted our Expo4 range of shelving and small part storage systems – it proved very successful and we are doing the same with them in 2026.
