St. Louis public company completes $550M buy of Navy supplier

ESCO Technologies Inc., the Ladue-based manufacturer, has completed its planned $550 million cash acquisition of the Signature Management & Power business of Ultra Maritime, part of U.K.-based defense and space manufacturer Ultra Electronics Group.
