MC Mining continues positive momentum in governance
JSE-, ASX- and Aim-listed MC Mining has appointed Wang Lanlan (Lily) and Dr Huoxin Wang (Hevin) as nonexecutive directors, following the resignation of nonexecutive director An Chee Sin from the company, with effect from April 15. This follows Kinetic Development Group’s (KDG’s) $90-million investment in MC Mining in August last year.
