Kazakh PM, Xinjiang Lihua discuss TURANSEZ cotton-textile cluster
Kazakh PM Olzhas Bektenov recently met Zhang Qihai, chairman of China’s Xinjiang Lihua (Group) and discussed the progress of the cotton-textile cluster in the TURAN special economic zone in Turkestan. Ten factories are planned, including four for cotton processing, two for producing drip irrigation systems, as well as four other factories—one each for textile, garment, dyeing and finishing.
