Houston's East Downtown Undergoes Transformation with Unveiled Master Plan
The Mayor of Houston, John Whitmire, in collaboration with Houston First Corporation, has presented a comprehensive master plan to revitalize the core of East Downtown. The plan, expected to reshape the district into a vibrant, walkable convention and entertainment hub, will be launched with an extensive expansion of the George R. Brown Convention Center (GRB).
