Exhibitor diversity showcases at YARDX 2025

With under three months to go until the inaugural YARDX event on 3-4 June 2025 at the NAEC, Stoneleigh, the organisers are calling on more service providers to get involved and help cement this event as a world-beating platform for yard operations. The diversity of exhibitors already signed up demonstrates that YARDX is the must-attend event for businesses supplying solutions for yards, industrial outdoor storage, and the critical interface between the yard and warehouse.

Co-located with the Inside Warehouse & Logistics Expo (IWLEX), the two exhibitions boast an exciting mix of services for inside and outside the warehouse, providing attendees with a comprehensive view of the latest innovations in both yard and warehouse operations.

“The atmosphere at IWLEX 2024 was fantastic – the show provided us with high-quality conversations and real business opportunities. We expect YARDX to offer the same level of engagement for those in yard management and logistics,” said SRS Ltd a previous IWLEX exhibitor.

The organisers are thrilled by the sheer diversity of exhibitors signing up to take part. What began as a dedicated showcase for yard operations and Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) has evolved into a comprehensive marketplace for a vast range of solutions, from electric forklifts to dock levellers, security systems, yard management software, and energy-efficient lighting solutions.

This unexpected yet welcome breadth of exhibitors underscores YARDX’s unique position as the world’s first and only dedicated exhibition for yard operations. The show is drawing interest from across facilities management, health & safety, warehouse operations, logistics, retail, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors, confirming that yard operations are an essential part of the supply chain that cannot be overlooked.

A perfect example of this is Stertil, which has not exhibited at a UK trade show for 18 years. Recognising YARDX as a truly unique opportunity, Stertil will be showcasing its COMBILOK® vehicle restraint system, highlighting how vital the interface between the yard and warehouse is for efficient logistics. The COMBILOK® system is designed to prevent vehicle creep and unauthorised drive-offs during loading and unloading, reducing risks to goods, vehicles, and personnel.

“We are excited to present the COMBILOK® system at YARDX 2025. This event provides an excellent platform to demonstrate our commitment to enhancing loading bay safety and efficiency. We look forward to engaging with industry professionals and showcasing how our solutions can make a significant impact on their operations,” commented Andrew Georgiou, General Manager of Stertil Dock UK.

Another key exhibitor, Castell Safety Group, will be showcasing its industry-leading safety interlock systems designed to enhance yard and warehouse security. Their solutions help prevent accidents by ensuring safe access control and vehicle movement within logistics hubs.

In addition, Renault Trucks UK will be unveiling its latest electric vehicle, demonstrating its commitment to sustainable transport solutions. This marks a significant step in the transition towards greener yard and warehouse operations, offering efficiency and reduced emissions.

A One-Stop Shop for All Things Yard Management

Exhibitors at YARDX represent every facet of yard operations, including key infrastructure for the transition to electric vehicle charging, energy storage, and sustainable yard power solutions. Attendees will have the chance to engage with companies offering:

•Yard Management Software for optimising traffic flow and efficiency

•Dock Levellers & Loading Bay Solutions to streamline goods movement

•Electric Forklifts & Yard Vehicles for sustainable operations

•Security & Safety Solutions to protect assets and workers

•Palletising & Conveyor Technologies to bridge warehouse and yard functions

•Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) Solutions for optimising large-scale facilities

•Temporary Warehousing & Outdoor Structures to expand operational capacity and flexibility

Among the companies already confirmed to exhibit are Renault Trucks UK, RTITB, Mosca Direct UK, Stanley Handling Ltd, Combilift ULC, OrderWise, Keytracker Limited, and Good Energy. These businesses, along with many others, showcase the diversity of solutions available to enhance yard operations across industries.

“We knew there was a gap in the market, but even we have been surprised at how broad the exhibitor mix has become,” said Nairn Foster, Managing Director of YARDX. “The yard is a critical but often forgotten element of logistics, and it’s clear that businesses are eager for a dedicated event to explore new solutions. With four months to go, there is still plenty of time to get involved, and we welcome more exhibitors who want to showcase their innovations.”

The Industry Is Taking Notice

Alongside the diverse exhibition, YARDX will host a free-to-attend conference featuring expert-led sessions on:

•Best practices in yard safety and automation

•Emerging technologies for fleet and asset management

•The role of sustainable solutions in yard efficiency

With its co-location alongside Inside Warehouse & Logistics Expo (IWLEX), attendees will have unparalleled access to solutions spanning both yard and warehouse operations which will deliver a wider, high-quality audience of decision-makers, facilities managers, health & safety professionals, operations managers, and logistics professionals.
