Euro area output rises 1.1%, EU 1.0% in February 2025
Euro area industrial production rose by 1.1 per cent in February 2025 from January, and by 1.2 per cent year-on-year. EU output grew 1.0 per cent monthly and 0.6 per cent annually, Eurostat said. Growth was led by non-durable goods, while intermediate goods rose marginally. Ireland posted the highest monthly and yearly gains; Hungary and Germany saw declines.
