Austrian company Lenzing’s chairman of supervisory board to step down
Cord Prinzhorn, chairman of Lenzing AG’s supervisory board, has announced he will step down after the Annual General Meeting on April 17, 2025, to focus on his responsibilities at B&C Group. He will not seek re-election. The supervisory board will propose Patrick Lackenbucher as a new member at the meeting, with plans for him to assume the role of chairman in the future.
