3M sells part of corporate retreat on Minnesota's Big Mantrap Lake to land trusts
Hundreds of acres around northern Minnesota's Mantrap Lake, once the site of a private getaway for 3M Co. employees and customers, have been sold to a pair of land trusts that will eventually turn the property over to the public.
