US’ Huber acquires RJ Marshall’s flame-retardant assets
JM Huber Corporation has acquired RJ Marshall’s Alumina Trihydrate, antimony-free flame retardant, and molybdate-based smoke suppressant assets. These will join the Huber Advanced Materials (HAM) unit, expanding its halogen-free portfolio and North American market reach. HAM will ensure a seamless transition and continued product access for customers.
