Modern medicine offers no shortage of options for pain management, but when it comes to actually healing from injury, patients often have to wait. That might be about to change. Aspire Rejuvenation Clinic founder Tomo Marjanovic is championing a new therapy that can fast-track the healing process — and he’s tested it himself.

The new treatment, exosome therapy, is related to stem cell therapy. Exosomes are tiny vesicles that are naturally released by certain kinds of stem cells. They carry the building blocks of multiple cell types, and they can differentiate into different varieties of cells depending on the body’s needs.

Aspire Rejuvenation Clinic has begun focusing on using exosome therapy to heal injuries. Because exosomes speed up the signaling between cells and supply them with the compounds they need to regenerate, they can potentially reduce an athlete’s downtime after an injury.

When healing a wound or injury, the body releases exosomes naturally. Exosome therapy enhances that process by supplying additional vesicles and can also deliver them to a specific area. For a patient with a shoulder injury, for example, the exosomes could be injected directly into the joint.

Aspire Rejuvenation Clinic only uses proven therapies, and Marjanovic has verified the efficacy of exosome therapy himself.

“My shoulder has been hurting for four months,” he says. “I injured it, and we just introduced stem cell therapy and exosome therapy. I did the exosome therapy.”

It didn’t take long for the treatment to take effect. “I did exosome therapy two and a half weeks ago,” Marjanovic says. “I have worked out every day in Dubai. It was a little tender the first day. Every day since, I have had zero pain.”

“Before, there was some pain doing pushups, pain during military press and other overhead lifts. I have no issues now.”

The utility of exosome therapy isn’t limited to those looking to heal injuries. The body doesn’t just regenerate cells when healing — it’s an everyday process. That process slows with age, which is when the telltale signs of aging beginning.

These signs are usually visible in the skin first. The older someone gets, the more slowly their skin heals itself. That can lead to more pronounced wrinkles and hyperpigmentation.

However, when a client receives regular doses of exosome therapy, their body starts to regenerate tissue as it did when they were younger. For anti-aging purposes, clients often take exosomes through an IV instead of with a targeted injection.

When it comes to his own health and that of his clients, Marjanovic doesn’t recommend using exosome therapy in a vacuum.

“When people come in, we tell them, ‘Hey, it’s diet- and exercise-based, here’s a plan,’” he says. “We’re looking at really helping them stop eating bad food, stop taking medications all day, and go out and step in grass and have some sunshine and work out.”

Aspire Rejuvenation Clinic’s approach is unique in that it blends some of the world’s most cutting-edge therapies with the basics of holistic wellness. Each client’s journey starts with a return to the simple principles of healthy living. From there, Marjanovic aims to transform them into something almost superhuman.
