Specsavers has made three changes to its executive leadership team as part of a wider regional restructure.

Specsavers reshuffles leadership team as ex-Asda exec takes senior role

Specsavers has made three changes to its executive leadership team as part of a wider regional restructure.

The new appointments will help the eyewear specialist‘s expand and innovate to meet the evolving needs of its partners and customers.

Charlotte Hall, previously supply chain commercial director, has been appointed managing director for UK/ROI Audiology.

Hall brings extensive experience from both her time at Specsavers and previous roles at Co-op and Asda, and will now focus on driving growth for the audiology division.

Peter Bainbridge, formerly managing director for UK/ROI Optics, has been appointed regional director for Europe.

In this new role, Bainbridge will oversee Specsavers’ European operations, including the optics, audiology, and Newmedica businesses in the UK and Republic of Ireland, as well as Northern Europe, covering Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden.

Carina Hummel, who previously served as managing director for UK/ROI Audiology, will now take over Bainbridge’s previous role as managing director for UK/ROI Optics.

A member of Specsavers’ executive board since September 2022, Hummel has over 25 years of experience with the business.
