Sibanye-Stillwater announces changes to board member capacity, board committees
JSE-listed Sibanye-Stillwater has reported that, owing to board members Richard Menell, Tim Cumming, Keith Rayner and Jerry Vilakazi having reached 12-year tenures, they are no longer regarded as independent and are now classified as ‘nonexecutive directors.’ Rayner, the current chairperson of the audit committee, along with Menell and Cumming, will step down as chairperson and members of the audit committee at the 2025 AGM and Terence Nombembe will be put forward for election as the chairperson of the audit committee.
