THE WHAT? ODDITY Tech has reported record financial results for Q1 2025, with strong performance across its beauty portfolio—IL MAKIAGE and SpoiledChild—leading to raised full-year guidance.

THE DETAILS For the quarter ending March 31, ODDITY posted net revenue of US$268 million, up 27% year-over-year, and adjusted EBITDA of US$52 million, a 9% increase from the same period last year. Net income reached US$38 million, while operating cash flow hit US$88 million.

Both IL MAKIAGE and SpoiledChild recorded double-digit revenue growth, contributing to the company exceeding guidance across all core metrics. ODDITY also reported US$257 million in cash and no debt, reinforcing its financial position.

The company confirmed it is on track to launch a third beauty brand in Q4 2025, following a soft rollout in Q3. Development of its ODDITY LABS molecule discovery platform is ongoing, positioning the company for continued product innovation in the beauty space.

THE WHY? ODDITY’s performance reflects sustained consumer demand for its high-performance beauty offerings, coupled with the strength of its direct-to-consumer model. With strong brand momentum and continued investment in R&D and international expansion, the company expects full-year revenue to grow 22–23%, outpacing its long-term targets despite potential tariff-related headwinds.
