THE DETAILS The collaboration used Appier’s Ad Cloud and Personalization Cloud to analyze customer behavior, segment audiences, and deliver tailored offers. Hesitant shoppers were targeted with personalized incentives, while ad spend was adjusted based on seasonal demand. The approach led to a 152% increase in ROAS, a 400% jump in conversion rate for hesitant users, and a 48% lift in site revenue.
