In Miami – a city alive with sports, speed, and ambition – Lina Condes brings a powerful artistic vision that speaks to the pulse of its people. Her sculptures are not just objects; they are reflections of the eternal race we all run. From basketball and tennis to Formula 1 and American football, Miami’s elite live in constant competition, and Condes captures this in her latest exhibition: Dreams in Motion.

Now on view as part of Dreams in Motion, a group show at Goldman Global Arts Gallery within Wynwood Walls—one of the most influential and iconic art destinations in Miami—Condes’ work is presented alongside other artists whose pieces delve into themes of motion, resilience, and ambition. Timed to coincide with Miami’s Formula 1 season, the exhibition harmonizes the worlds of art and sport, offering a dynamic conversation between stillness and speed.

As part of Wynwood Walls’ roster of official artists, Condes continues to expand her impact within this globally recognized cultural hub. Her sculptures—minimalist, industrial figures crafted from stainless steel, fiberglass, and stone—express both grace and tension, capturing the emotional landscape of human striving.

“Miami breathes motion and competition,” Condes says. “In Dreams in Motion, I wanted to show how even our quietest moments are part of that race. Whether you’re a basketball player, golfer, tennis champion, or entrepreneur—life never stops moving.”

Originally from Cherkasy, Ukraine, Condes holds an MFA in Fine Arts, Interior, and Furniture Design from Kiev University of Technology and Design. Her work is deeply informed by the anatomical study of Renaissance masters like Leonardo da Vinci, blending precision with conceptual clarity. Her pieces are part of private and public collections around the world, and she is increasingly focused on public art installations and collectible design collaborations.
