JetBlue Is Partnering With Dunkin’ for a New Coffee-Themed Plane. Here’s How To Fly On It.
JetBlue has partnered with Dunkin' on the unique experience.

JetBlue has partnered with Dunkin’ to provide a unique flight experience. The two companies have joined forces to launch a new coffee-themed plane with the Dunkin’ logo wrapped around the A320. Let’s look at where it will be flying, and how you, too, can catch a flight on the plane.
JetBlue and Dunkin’ Partner for a Unique Livery
According to a company press release, on May 12, the two companies introduced a new Dunkin’-themed livery to commemorate their long-standing cooperation. The freshly painted Airbus A320 aircraft, fittingly dubbed Brewing Altitude, has Dunkin’s trademark pink and orange branding, complementing a fun donut and coffee motif. The aircraft’s new look was unveiled at a festive ceremony in Boston, where both brands have strong origins and a devoted following.
“Dunkin’ has been part of the JetBlue journey for nearly two decades, and we’re proud to showcase this partnership with a livery that’s as fun and bold as the brands behind it,” said Marty St. George, president of JetBlue, in a statement accompanying the press release. “With our shared Boston heritage and focus on delighting loyal customers, this collaboration brings together two fan-favorite brands in a way only JetBlue and Dunkin’ can.”
The partnership between JetBlue and Dunkin’ began in 2006, when JetBlue began serving Dunkin’ Original Blend coffee to its customers at 35,000 feet. In 2011, Dunkin’ became the airline’s official onboard coffee provider.
JetBlue and Dunkin’ are awarding status to customers who fly with Brewing Altitude on Mondays from May 19 to September 1. TrueBlue members who fly eligible routes on the aircraft will get Mosaic 1 status, while Dunkin’ Rewards® members will receive Boosted status for three months. Current Mosaic members will receive 20 additional tiles, which will be applied to their 2025 tile trackers. For the next three months, existing Boosted Status members will earn twice as many points as usual for all qualified purchases.
A United Airlines Merger?
Meanwhile, there are talks that JetBlue will go forward with its merger with United Airlines. If the merger is approved, will establish the conglomerate as one of the largest in the industry. Experts, on the other hand, disagree on what the ultimate goal of this merger will be.
The relationship with United is designed to be somewhat different from that with the NEA. The two carriers would not coordinate on schedules and rates, they stated, despite the fact that the alliance is expected to focus on providing customers with more connections and allowing them to accumulate and use frequent-flyer miles.
The two airlines have not completed all of the details yet. When asked for a statement, a JetBlue official referred to remarks made by the airline’s president, Marty St. George, during a conference call on Tuesday following the release of the company’s quarterly results.
Following the COVID-19 pandemic, JetBlue has struggled to reestablish consistent profitability. It has only been profitable in two of the last nine quarters. This year, its shares have fallen about 47%. Short interest in the company’s shares has surged by 35% since early February, reflecting a negative investor sentiment.
Its plight has exacerbated as a result of a drop in travel demand induced by the economic uncertainties of President Donald Trump’s trade war.
JetBlue has also been mentioned as a potential acquisition target due to its dropping market valuation. Following market speculation that United was planning a bid for JetBlue, the Chicago-based airline was forced to declare to the US Securities and Exchange Commission in January that it was “not in negotiations or discussions with any other airline regarding a merger, acquisition, or similar strategic transaction.”
