Final phase of apartments near PGA of America HQ obtain $125M loan
Dallas-based Carbon Cos. and Greenway Investment Co. have secured a $125 million loan for the final two phases of a large luxury apartment community near the PGA of America headquarters in Frisco. Once finished, the development will bring nearly 2,000 new residents to Frisco — adding to the region's rapid population growth over the past two decades.
