Demgy Group has acquired US-based Tool Gauge, a key Boeing supplier, now renamed Demgy Pacific. The move strengthens Demgy’s aerospace position, making it a top global supplier of plastic cabin interior parts for Airbus and Boeing. The acquisition expands Demgy’s North American presence, bringing its total sites to 10 worldwide, with projected 2025 revenue over €130 million (~$148.03 million).
