The 2025 PARAISO Miami Swim Week wrapped up after five thrilling days in Miami Beach, solidifying its reign as the leading swimwear and resort wear fashion event worldwide. Drawing thousands of designers, buyers, influencers, and global media, this year’s event offered a spectacle of runway shows, off-site experiences, and major brand collaborations that set a new benchmark for the industry.

This year’s highlight was the debut of the Swimwear Icons Hall of Fame, where Megan Thee Stallion was honored as the Cultural Icon. The Grammy-winning artist lit up the blue carpet and runway with the launch of her brand, Hot Girl Summer. Her presence symbolized more than fashion; it was a celebration of confidence, inclusivity, and empowerment that energized the entire week.

The partnership between PARAISO, The Ritz-Carlton South Beach, and José Andrés Group added a layer of luxury throughout the week. From poolside showcases to curated pop-ups, guests had access to premier swimwear brands including America & Beyond, Page Beach, Palondre The Label, and the vibrant, playful collection from Salty Mermaid, which turned heads with its bold prints and fearless designs.

The shows officially began with a collaborative presentation from Vogue Mexico and Latin America, featuring standout collections by Sinesia Karol, Bee Surreal by Lola, and California Dream Collection. These collections championed Latin American talent and brought vibrancy and rich storytelling to the runway.

Global fashion tastemakers gathered at Collins Park as Natasha Oakley and Devin Brugman, the duo behind MONDAY SWIM, were celebrated as New Media Icons. Their runway show embodied neutral-toned elegance and an effortless resort lifestyle that captivated every guest.

The PARAISO tent also hosted Azulu, presented by MINI, a collection blending Spanish and Arab influences. Luli Fama lit up the stage with tropical prints and electrifying performances. Oséree brought the curtain down with a shimmering finale that radiated Parisian glamour.

The event honored MJ Day, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Editor-in-Chief, for her transformative impact on body positivity. Jamie Nelson was named Photographer Icon for redefining swimwear imagery, while Amahlia Stevens, founder of Vitamin A, received the Sustainability Icon Award for her work in eco-conscious fashion.

Brand showcases extended beyond the tent. Friday’s Cruise 2026 preview featured designers like Leslie Amon and SHAN, each delivering collections rich in texture, spirit, and global inspiration. Leslie Amon’s French-chic flair and SHAN’s ethereal elegance offered fashion-forward looks for both men and women.

Off-site events added excitement, with Cupshe transforming the iconic 1111 Lincoln Road parking structure into a glamorous stage. At Casa Faena, Montce presented beach-ready styles perfect for the coming season. The Shelborne by Proper hosted a Multi-Brand Pop-Up, spotlighting Latin American talent with pieces from Carolina Socías, Filippa K, and more.

The weekend continued with energizing lifestyle activations. Saturday began with a sunrise Bikini Body workout led by Allegra Paris in custom Luli Fama athleisure at Nikki Beach. This was followed by a chic industry brunch at Abbalé, reinforcing the event’s blend of fashion, fitness, and social connection.

Guests enjoyed the Resort 26 debut of SIGAL at the oceanfront DiLido Beach Bar, which featured dreamy hand-painted prints inspired by desert landscapes. Attendees dined and watched the runway unfold just steps from the water, blending culinary artistry with fashion elegance.

Sustainable design also took the spotlight in the finale. Oceanus partnered with SOJOS Eyewear to unveil the Ocean Collection, made from recycled materials. This show merged 80s-inspired glamour with bold eyewear, closing Swim Week on a bold and progressive note.

Earlier that day, LaCroix hosted a tranquil sunrise yoga session at The Ritz-Carlton, offering guests a mindful start to the final day. Coach Jeanny Gallo led the class under the Miami sun, setting a serene tone before the final shows.

The Volo Foundation and Syrena Swimwear opened Sunday’s runway with a performance-meets-fashion spectacle, featuring radiant swimwear and statement accessories. Spotlight Swim Collective followed with bold silhouettes and countryside-inspired collections by Aventura Swim, Bolde, and Mariella Swim.

To celebrate the grand finale, Wilhelmina Models and Contra hosted an exclusive party at Casa NEOS. The vibrant night echoed the energy of the past week, closing out PARAISO with a festive toast to style, creativity, and forward-thinking fashion.

PARAISO Miami Swim Week 2025 was more than a fashion event—it was a cultural experience that blended runway glamour with meaningful recognition, lifestyle celebration, and community engagement. With support from MINI USA, Kevin Murphy, CoverGirl, Hampton Water, and the City of Miami Beach, PARAISO continues to elevate swimwear to an art form.
