Friday night saw headliner Zach Bryan take over the Mane Stage with his signature raw energy and beloved catalog, while Palomino Stage headliner Lana Del Rey transformed the desert into a dreamlike Bayou, debuting three new tracks from her forthcoming album. T-Pain, fresh off back-to-back Coachella weekends, kicked off the festival’s Late Night at Palomino series with a high-energy set featuring a surprise appearance by Kesha. Other standout performances came from Carly Pearce, Brothers Osborne — who brought out a special guest, Kate Hudson — Nikki Lane, and a secret set by Mumford & Sons. Meanwhile, Diplo’s HonkyTonk was buzzing with a high-profile DJ set from Paris Hilton, who was joined by Lizzo, followed by Diplo himself, now a Stagecoach staple.

On Saturday, Jelly Roll — who called headlining Stagecoach his ultimate dream in 2024 — lived out that vision with a powerhouse performance, inviting a diverse lineup of friends onstage, including Lana Del Rey, Wiz Khalifa, Alex Warren, and Machine Gun Kelly. His set followed unforgettable shows from Sturgill Simpson and Ashley McBryde. Over at Palomino, Creed delivered a rock-fueled set with a surprise appearance by Tori Kelly. Shaboozey, one of two artists to also perform at Coachella this year, packed the Mane Stage with a massive crowd stretching to the back of the field. Nelly turned up the heat at Palomino with a 25th-anniversary celebration of Country Grammar, and Chromeo brought the party energy with a DJ set inside Diplo’s HonkyTonk.

Over at Palomino, the Goo Goo Dolls and Sammy Hagar kept the momentum strong. Diplo’s HonkyTonk continued to sizzle with next-level sets from Steve Aoki, DJ Pee .Wee (Anderson .Paak), Sofi Tukker, and Diplo’s alter ego, Thomas Wesley, who closed the night with a back-to-back set alongside Chris Comstock. The festival’s grand finale came courtesy of the Backstreet Boys, who made their debut Late Night at Palomino performance — a perfect, high-energy sendoff for an unforgettable weekend across the Empire Polo Fields.

Código 1530 Tequila, founded by King of Country George Strait (he even has a song about it!), made its Stagecoach debut this year. The Código Tequila Cantina at Stagecoach provided a Texas dance-hall-inspired barroom that paid homage to George Strait. Guests enjoyed Strait’s favorite cocktail, a ‘Cowboys & Dreamers’ margarita made with Código’s ultra-premium Blanco tequila. Additional cocktails included an elevated Paloma with Rosa tequila, the Hibiscus forward Flor de Código and a Skinny Coco & Código. The tequila haven delivered a lively reprieve on festival grounds, offering a selection of craft cocktails, line dancing, cowboy hat customization, King of Country memorabilia, and more. To celebrate its designation as “Official Tequila of Stagecoach,” Código recently unveiled a first-ever commemorative 2025 Stagecoach bottle, offering festival and tequila enthusiasts alike an official limited-edition keepsake of the brand’s signature Reposado.
