New Zealand imported $149.950 million worth of apparel from China in January–February 2025, accounting for 64.78 per cent of total imports. Jerseys led with $29.378 million, followed by trousers and shorts, coats, shirts, and T-shirts. Man-made fibre apparel made up 42.62 per cent of imports. Bangladesh, Vietnam, Indonesia, and India were the other top suppliers.
