— Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, in remarks delivered at a judges’ conference in Puerto Rico, where she openly criticized Donald Trump without mentioning him by name, but referring to him as “the elephant in the room.” Jackson continued, noting, “Other judges have faced challenges like the ones we face today, and have prevailed.” According to Politico, the Supreme Court justice received a standing ovation.
