Guests were treated to a high-energy Veronica Beard runway show to open the night, followed by musical performances from Robin Thicke, A Great Big World, and Siedah Garrett. The ballroom was packed with a who’s-who of attendees: Nancy Davis, Caroline Rhea, Ashley Benson and Brandon Davis, Kelly Osbourne, Tika Sumpter, Diane Warren, Jennifer Tilly, Frances Fisher, Carmen Electra, Sharna Burgess and Brian Austin Green, the Hilfigers, the Hiltons, and so many more. Davis—dressed in a bead-trimmed Veronica Beard gown with a sequin jacket—was joined by several notable guests also wearing looks from the brand, including Lex Scott Davis, Rebecca Rittenhouse, Georgie Flores, and Larsen Thompson.

Davis opened the evening with a heartfelt message about how far MS research has come—and how far there still is to go. “We all need each other to lean on until we succeed in finding the cause and the ultimate cure for MS,” she said. Her words set the tone for the night, which included a moving moment from A Great Big World’s Chad King, who performed the duo’s hit “Say Something” and debuted a song about his own MS journey—earning a standing ovation. “The fact that I’m able to strum a chord is incredible to me,” King said, reflecting on his recovery while on Ocrevus, one of the MS treatments championed by the foundation.

Daniella Karagach and Pasha Pashkov of Dancing with the Stars delivered a high-energy dance performance, while Siedah Garrett brought soul and power to the room with “Man in the Mirror” and “You Are the Universe.” Later, Robin Thicke—introduced by Kelly Osbourne—took the stage with a string of hits, including “Blurred Lines,” “Magic,” and a Prince cover that got the whole room dancing. Garrett and Thelma Houston closed the night with an all-hands-on-deck rendition of “Lean on Me,” inviting guests to join them on stage for a finale that was both joyful and unifying.

The live auction was equally memorable, featuring luxury experiences like a private yacht charter in the Bahamas, a culinary escape to Ballyknocken Farmhouse in Ireland, a stay at The Little Nell in Aspen with flights on Aero, and an invitation to Kathy Hilton’s legendary holiday pajama party. An original painting by RETNA also took the spotlight, alongside fine jewelry, once-in-a-lifetime travel, and generous donations.

Since its founding in 1993, Race to Erase MS has raised over $58 million, fueling research that has led to 24 FDA-approved therapies. Its Center Without Walls program—an unprecedented collaboration among top researchers from institutions like Cedars-Sinai, Harvard, Yale, Johns Hopkins, and more—continues to fund breakthrough discoveries. The gala also kicks off the foundation’s annual “Orange You Happy to Erase MS” campaign, which runs through the month of May and engages brands, consumers, and communities in supporting MS awareness and research.
