The TOURISE Awards - a new global initiative that aims to recognise the power of place in shaping the future of travel - officially launched this week. The awards will spotlight destinations that go beyond the postcard image, celebrating places that deliver authentic, impactful, and innovative experiences across every stage of the traveller journey. Headquartered out of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, but acting as a global authority with the goal of become a defining benchmark for excellence in the tourism industry, the awards are an extension of the TOURISE platform, a global tourism transformation programme powered by Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Tourism. Nominations are now open through July 9, and winners will be celebrated at the first-ever TOURISE Summit in Riyadh, which will take place from 11-13 this year.
