Beaverswood® is proud to announce its participation in Treefo – a new sustainability initiative from Feefo, the world’s largest verified reviews platform – that funds tree-planting projects for every piece of customer feedback received.
The move supports Beaverswood®’s growing commitment to sustainability while giving customers a simple and rewarding way to make a difference. Now, every honest review helps improve products and the planet. And to make sure the impact is consistent, Beaverswood® has pledged to plant a minimum of 50 trees per month, no matter how many reviews are received.
“We’re always looking for ways to do better – for our customers and for the environment,” said Steph Gentle, Managing Director at Beaverswood®, “Treefo allows us to give something back simply by listening to feedback. Every review now helps shape our service and plants a tree. It’s a win-win for everyone – including the planet.”
The new feature, Treefo, is powered by Feefo in partnership with Ecologi, a leading climate solutions platform. Ecologi works with verified on-the-ground projects worldwide that restore vital ecosystems while supporting local communities. With Treefo, businesses can turn their review process into a force for good.
Why Beaverswood® is embracing Treefo
Research shows sustainability is increasingly important to today’s buyers:
•69% of consumers are interested in making more sustainable choices (Ipsos, via Travel Weekly, Dec 2022)
•40% of UK consumers identify as conscious shoppers, choosing brands with ethical, eco-friendly practices (Deloitte, 2022)
Beaverswood® saw a natural alignment between customer values and the Treefo initiative.
“As conscious consumerism continues to grow, businesses need to step up,” said Steph Gentle, “This initiative lets us say thank you to our customers in a way that aligns with our values – and theirs.”
Supporting sustainable growth, literally
The trees planted through Treefo are more than a symbolic gesture. They are carefully nurtured to maximise survival and long-term impact. That means real trees, real roots, and real change.
Kerry Leighton-Bailey, Chief Product & Marketing Officer at Feefo, added: “This is the feature we’ve been waiting for. It builds on Feefo’s ethical journey and means we can finally support businesses to reach their sustainability goals. Businesses are collecting customer reviews anyway – why not turn that into planet-loving action?”
Beaverswood® invites its customers to get involved
By leaving a verified review, Beaverswood® customers now directly contribute to reforestation projects around the world – no extra effort required. It’s a small action with a big impact.
