Bangladesh's RMG exports up 10% to $32.6 bn in July-Apr FY25
Bangladesh’s ready-made garment (RMG) exports rose by 10 per cent to $32.64 billion in July–April FY25, driven by stronger knitwear exports. Home textile exports increased by 4.25 per cent, while cotton and cotton product exports grew by 6.7 per cent. However, April 2025 data showed slower monthly growth, with woven apparel and cotton exports declining.
