Wines Unearthed showcases 13 wine producers seeking Asia distribution

Wines Unearthed, an organisation which offers wine producers a chance to exhibit their portfolios at international exhibitions, will debut at Vinexpo Asia 2025 with a collection of 13 producers from nine countries, all actively seeking distribution in Singapore and across Asia. Wines Unearthed helps independent wineries enter new markets by offering them a supported exhibition format. In May the organisation will offer visitors to Vinexpo Asia a chance to meet a selected collection of wineries from Argentina, Austria, Chile, France, Georgia, Hungary, Portugal, and South Africa under one pavilion. Each exhibitor has been chosen because they are new to market and committed to securing partnerships in Singapore and beyond. “Every producer in the Wines Unearthed area is looking for meaningful, long-term distribution,” says project founder Judy Kendrick. “They’re serious about working in Asia and eager to meet buyers face-to-face at Vinexpo.” Vinexpo Asia is returning to Singapore for the second time on 27-29 May 2025. Although there are plenty of challenges facing the drinks trade in 2025, southeast Asia is routinely identified as a hotspot for growth. Drinks market insights firm IWSR predicts that beverage alcohol consumption in Asia Pacific will rise by 1.5% this year, and it identified Vietnam and the Philippines as high-potential developing markets in its recent assessment of trends for 2025.
