Two months ago, Above the Law launched the Biglaw Spine Index to track what Am Law 200 firms are doing in response to the Trump administration’s attacks on Biglaw and the legal system.
We thought it might be worth taking a look at where things currently stand.
(Note that figures add up to more than 100% because some firms have taken more than one action — e.g., representing a targeted firm and also signing an amicus brief.)
