THE DETAILS The new facility is designed to support increasing demand for Prose’s custom hair, skin, and supplement products, powered by its proprietary AI platform, Singular. Following a strong 2024 performance—highlighted by 29% growth and US$165 million in revenue—the US$9 million investment aims to replicate the automation and customization capabilities of its Brooklyn flagship. The Los Angeles-area center is strategically positioned to reduce shipping times for nearly half of Prose’s customers and slash emissions from downstream delivery by 50%, or 1.04 ktCO₂e annually. The facility also features renewable energy systems, energy-efficient infrastructure, and low-waste, made-to-order manufacturing processes.
