Mamas & Papas to launch new concept flagship at Trafford Centre

Mamas & Papas is set to open a new concept flagship store at Manchester’s Trafford Centre on Friday 30 May, as part of a major update to one of its most popular retail locations.

The nursery brand is relocating to a purpose-designed unit on Regent Crescent, offering what it describes as an “elevated shopping experience” for modern families.

The space has been created to showcase the retailer’s full product range and deliver more tailored, in-person support for parents and carers.

It forms part of Mamas & Papas’ wider strategy to rethink its store design and layout, with Trafford Centre now acting as the blueprint for future openings in the UK and abroad.

The concept store will feature interactive product displays, flexible merchandising, and personalised services including Buying for Baby appointments and Car Seat Consultations.

Mamas & Papas global retail director Marcus Appleton said: “Our Trafford Centre store has always been one of our most valued retail locations, and we’re incredibly excited to relaunch it as our concept flagship store with plans to roll out similar stores across our UK and International partners.

“Every detail of the new space has been thoughtfully designed to reflect how today’s parents want to shop, plus our knowledgeable in-store team is on-hand to offer support and advice, making it easier for customers to explore, compare, and find what’s right for their growing family.”

The space will also be used to host events, including a live Q&A session with Calm & Bright, Mamas & Papas’ new in-house baby sleep experts.
