In-N-Out Burger Expands to New Unlisted Location in Utah
In-N-Out Burger hasn't listed this location on its website.

In-N-Out Burger has expanded exponentially, but the popular fast-food chain is making headlines for a new unlisted location in Utah.
According to a notice of approved ordinances and city council agenda materials, the St. George City Council recently approved In-N-Out’s plan to open a new restaurant in the SunRiver neighborhood, per The Spectrum. Construction schedules given to the city council show that the new location will probably not open until 2026, and it is not included in the recent expansion wave mentioned on In-Out Burger’s website.
Since opening its first Utah location in 2008 in Washington City, the California-based franchise has gradually expanded throughout the state. It has consistently placed itself near major roads or highways and big shopping centers.
The unlisted In-N-Out Burger will be constructed on a 2-acre plot along Interstate 15’s Exit 2, close to an existing Terrible’s gas station/convenience store and a planned Del Taco, per records provided to the St. George City Council. According to the paperwork, the location is larger than usual for an In-N-Out in order to improve traffic flow.
In its building application, In-N-Out stated that construction would take about eight months, with “a typical progression of construction activities.” However, the company did not specify a target opening date for its St. George location. This covers construction, striping, landscaping, site preparation, and minimal grading. The plan was adopted at a council meeting on April 24, delaying opening until 2026.
In-N-Out Burger Is Opening 7 New Locations in 4 States
