Germany’s industrial production down 1.4% in April 2025
Price-, seasonal- and calendar-adjusted production in Germany’s industry in real terms fell by 1.4 per cent month on month (MoM) in April, provisional data show. It dropped by 1.8 per cent YoY in April after adjustment for calendar effects. Production in energy-intensive industrial branches fell by 2.1 per cent MoM and 2.7 per cent YoY in April after elimination of seasonal and calendar effects.
