THE WHAT?  Coty has announced the next phase of its “All-in to Win” transformation program, aiming to streamline beauty operations and drive approximately US$130 million in new fixed cost savings, including the reduction of around 700 positions worldwide.

THE DETAILS The initiative impacts Coty’s fragrance, color cosmetics, skin care, and body care divisions. It will consolidate regional market structures, centralize support functions like demand planning, focus innovation on fewer, higher-impact launches, and cut general and administrative expenses. The restructuring, affecting about 700 roles globally, is expected to deliver close to US$500 million in total savings by FY27, when combined with ongoing supply chain and procurement productivity programs.

THE WHY?  Facing shifts in global beauty retail and consumer behavior, Coty is simplifying its operations to maintain its leadership in fragrance, expand in profitable beauty segments, and enhance margins amid an increasingly competitive market.
