Amazon is expanding its premium beauty offering with a dedicated dermocosmetics skincare category and storefront.
The move allows shoppers to browse and purchase specialist beauty products from brands such as Caudalie, La Roche-Posay and Dermalogica.
The online retail giant said the dedicated store front “aims to offer a curated shopping experience for customers to browse by category, skin type, ingredient, and brand”.
It also features guidance and educational content for customers, including an A-Z ingredient guide.
Amazon EU director of beauty Cyril Dumanois said: “Our vision is to make Amazon the most-trusted beauty destination, and inspire customers through unique shopping experiences across a selection of premium and everyday products.
“The launch of our dermocosmetic skincare category in Europe marks a significant step in our beauty and personal care portfolio.
“We’re thrilled to provide customers in the UK access to an even wider range of trusted beauty brands, from Dermalogica to Caudalie, with premium products designed to meet their skincare preferences and needs, and all with Amazon’s seamless shopping experience.”
The launch comes after Amazon opened the doors to it first physical beauty store in Milan back in February.
