IMCD to acquire Iberian distributors Ferrer Alimentación, Medir Ferrer
IMCD has signed an agreement to acquire Ferrer Alimentación and Medir Ferrer, leading Iberian distributors of food and beverage ingredients. Founded in 1955, Ferrer reported ~€112 million (~$127.64 million) in 2024 revenue and employs 37 people. The deal strengthens IMCD’s presence in Iberia and is expected to close in June 2025, pending customary conditions.
