Gold Fields awards A$500m Agnew contract extension to Perenti
Mining services group Perenti has announced a contract extension worth about A$500-million to continue providing underground mining services at JSE- and NYSE-listed Gold Fields’ Agnew gold mine in Western Australia. The three-year agreement, awarded to Perenti’s Barminco unit, includes an option to extend for an additional 12 months, the Perth-based contractor said Monday.
