AngloGold to join Russell 3000, other Russell equity indexes
Global gold miner AngloGold Ashanti has been named for the first time as a preliminary addition to the Russell 1000 or Russell 2000, the Russell 3000 and the Russell Midcap Indexes, as part of the latest FTSE Russell 2025 US Indexes reconstitution. Final index membership will become effective after the US market closes on June 27, with rebalanced index constituents reflected in trading beginning June 30.
