Barrick completes name change, elects directors
NYSE- and TSX-listed Barrick Gold Corporation has completed the change of its name to Barrick Mining Corporation and Société minière Barrick in French, after receiving shareholder approval at its annual and special meeting of shareholders on May 6. Trading in the company’s common shares will start on the stock exchanges it is listed on under its new name on May 9.
