The ex-French five-year-old made his British debut last month placing second behind Starcrossed Lover, when odds-on favourite again while also being given 7lb. That form has worked out well too as he went on to win again at Hereford by 17 lengths in a 12 runner contest. He should comfortably beat Nap Hand who has to carry 7lb more and that leaves the odds-on favourite even stronger. Palladium Then it’s another odds-on favourite for Seven Barrows, the Germany Derby winner Palladium, who makes a great addition to the multi bet. Even at such a short price the four-year-old cost 1.4million Euros – who gets plenty of weight from his rivals to give him the best possible debut on British soil over the jumps. This should be comfortable for Nico de Boinville who will steer both odds-on favourites in the opening two contests, with the four-year-old carrying 13lb less than his closest and only real market rival Jack Hyde at 4/1. Shanagh Bob Henderson has the favourite in the Class 2 Handicap Hurdle too, Shanagh Bob who has been quite disappointing in his last three starts having shown more promise on his first three runs, winning all three. But back over hurdles he looks a great contender to bounce back now down 5lb from when he was last seen over hurdles in the Grade 1 Sefton at Aintree in April. This is the horse that won nicely at Cheltenham in December 2023 over Destroytheevidence and goes off a very dangerous mark today as a result of a poor chase start. He gets plenty of weight from Staffordshire Knot, a stone in total, which should be ideal over the course of 3m1f going to test the Gigginstown Stud-owned horse whose best form was when he placed second behind Brighterdaysahead. But the gelding has also not gone well in his last two contests and faces a tough task on firmer ground. Chart Topper Won by a staggering 25 lengths over the favourite at Downpatrick in Ireland back in August. Has been off since and makes his first start in Britain for trainer Willie Mullins, who always needs to be taken seriously when bringing horses over. He’s seen steady market interest this morning while Peso, who is rated 125 is drifting slightly. He also won well last time out for the O’Neill team, but that maybe a big mark to prove while Chart Topper runs off the same weight. Rather than a single, he makes a great addition to make a strong treble. La Pinsonniere
Trainer Nicky Henderson has a couple of interesting runners at Huntingdon today including the odds-on La Pinsonniere in the first.
Palladium
Then it’s another odds-on favourite for Seven Barrows, the Germany Derby winner Palladium, who makes a great addition to the multi bet.
Shanagh Bob
Henderson has the favourite in the Class 2 Handicap Hurdle too, Shanagh Bob who has been quite disappointing in his last three starts having shown more promise on his first three runs, winning all three.

But the gelding has also not gone well in his last two contests and faces a tough task on firmer ground.
Chart Topper
Won by a staggering 25 lengths over the favourite at Downpatrick in Ireland back in August.
Has been off since and makes his first start in Britain for trainer Willie Mullins, who always needs to be taken seriously when bringing horses over.
He’s seen steady market interest this morning while Peso, who is rated 125 is drifting slightly.
