Apex Legends Unveils New Final Fantasy Rebirth Event

Apex Legends is hosting a Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth-themed limited-time event: The Lunar Rebirth Collection Event. Respawn shared the news in a new event trailer posted to its YouTube channel.The Lunar Rebirth Collection Event trailer features Apex's various Legends donning fashionable Midgardian cosmetic skins, including Crypto as Cloud, Wraith as Tifa, Horizon as Aerith, and Wattson as an adorable Moogle. In all, there are 36 Final Fantasy-themed cosmetics to collect, plus 24 Collection Event Skins.This isn't the the first time Apex has hosted a Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth event--Respawn hosted a similar event in early 2024. Like the previous event, Lunar Rebirth event will see the return of Apex's Final Fantasy-themed limited-time mode, which features various types of Materia that players can collect to give their Legend special powers and abilities.
